Easter finery

This Easter week, It's all about florals!

I have had this classic fit and flare dress, with it's large and colorful
watercolor floral print for several years.
This Easter week, I decided to add a peach split sleeve blouse underneath
to change it up.

For accessories I choose a 40's polka dot fabric box bag
and dainty feminine jewelry.

I saw this outfit as an opportunity for some subtle pattern mixing,
so I wore a pair of much neglected black with bronze and gold striped ankle straps.

Next, flowers with ruffles!  Easter and the coming of spring is a good time
to pull out all the frills.
Pink, peach and coral floral dress with asymmetrical rows of ruffled tiers.

Accessorized with a silver tone link bracelet, blingy rhinestone earrings
and a white beaded 50's vintage clutch.

Soft pink tie heels and an ivory bow belt to finish.  Super girlie!

I didn't notice how similar this last outfit is to the first one,
until I was putting together this post.
It's funny how it takes a photograph to drive  point home-
I do love the fit and flare style!

Another dress that has been loved for several years,
this one in a blue and green floral and foliage print.
An ivory 3/4 sleeve blouse underneath.

Worn with simple acsessories

and my well loved strappy heels with a bold striped handle bag.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter holiday!

You are certainly Easter ready ! and I like the very subtle pattern mix you've done. Specially in that first look with the striped heels and polka dots. Genius!
